Last week's column reported on Councilman Levin's tireless advocacy to restore funding for ACS Priority 5 Child Care - the last non-mandated child care voucher program to be closed for new recipients during the last year of the Bloomberg administration.
The Councilman raised the issue during an ACS budget hearing that he co-chaired, as Chair of the General Welfare committee, on May 19, 2014.
